Contact inquiries

If you use the contact form, your name, email, organization (if provided), and message are processed to deliver your inquiry and respond. Media and event requests go to Ryan’s booking contact; listener messages go to his show contact. Listener messages may be used on the show.

Video & external services

YouTube video players load only when you choose to play an appearance. One archived appearance is served directly by this website. The Radio page includes an iHeartRadio podcast player, which connects to iHeartRadio when loaded. YouTube, iHeartRadio, and other external services have their own privacy policies. Cloudflare provides website delivery and spam protection. When enabled, the contact form uses FormSubmit for email delivery; FormSubmit’s documentation states that it retains form submissions for 30 days.

Website measurement

Google Analytics is optional. It loads only after you choose “Allow analytics” and measures page visits and selected booking, show, social, podcast, and video-link clicks. We do not send contact-form names, email addresses, organizations, or messages to Analytics. URL query strings and fragments are removed from the page addresses we send. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Your analytics choice is remembered in this browser for up to 180 days; Analytics cookies may also last up to 180 days. You can change your choice or turn Analytics off using “Analytics choices” in the footer. We honor browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by keeping Analytics off. Ordinary preview visits are not tracked; explicit preview tests use a separate test property. Embedded providers may use their own measurement as described above.
